Leading Mindfully

Over the past several years, the role of leaders has changed dramatically. We, as leaders, are now more involved in monitoring and promoting the health and well being of our team members and in encouraging work-life balance than ever before. We are expected to lead with authenticity, empathy and flexibility. That means we can no longer afford to have distracted minds, reacting instead of responding—we need to become mindful leaders to meet the challenges of today and the future.

Leading Remote Teams

Leaders who are managing remote teams face many new challenges including how to stay connected, how to motivate team members and how to monitor and produce results. Promoting Diversity and Inclusion

In today’s multicultural society, successful organizations recognize the importance of a diverse and inclusive workplace to promote equality, employee engagement and wellness, and to enhance productivity. But a diverse workplace doesn’t necessarily mean an inclusive one. In our communications, we must consider diversity elements such as race, religion, gender identity, mental health, different perspectives and political views. The organizations and leaders who promote diversity and inclusion will be the ones to succeed.
