Navigating Courageous Conversations
This seminar equips participants with the confidence, emotional intelligence and communication strategies needed to effectively navigate challenging workplace conversations. Participants will learn how to listen deeply, manage emotions, set the right tone and engage in courageous conversations that build understanding, resolve conflict, and strengthen working relationships.

- Recognize what makes conversations challenging and apply principles of courageous communication
- Demonstrate effective listening, questioning, empathy and compassion in difficult discussions
- Set an appropriate tone using clear language and intentional body language
- Manage their own reactions and respond effectively to others, without judgment or escalation
- Prepare for and conduct courageous conversations using a practical communication model
- De-escalate conflict, address performance issues and handle sensitive discussions with confidence
